This bill mandates the Secretary of Defense to implement a five-year pilot program enabling TRICARE Prime beneficiaries to directly access obstetrical and gynecological care. The program waives the current referral requirement for covered female participants seeking OBGYN services, including related items and services. Additionally, participants may elect to designate an obstetrical or gynecological care provider as an additional primary care manager under the TRICARE program.
