This bill aims to provide health benefits access to specific former civil service employees who were involuntarily removed from their positions, allowing them to enroll in or continue coverage under the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHBP). These conditions include being removed without cause , having a "fully successful" performance review, being pregnant at the time of removal, or having a cancer diagnosis within five years prior to removal.
