No Veteran Should Go Hungry Act of 2025

This bill aims to enhance support for transitioning service members by requiring the inclusion of vital information within the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) . It mandates that TAP provide comprehensive information and counseling regarding various Federal food and nutrition assistance programs . These programs specifically include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). The information and counseling must be developed and provided in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture. This initiative seeks to ensure that veterans are well-informed about and can access critical resources to prevent food insecurity.
