This bill mandates the President to designate Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) within 30 days of the Act's enactment, pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act. Following this designation, the President must also submit a determination to Congress within 30 days regarding whether specific individuals, including Abdul Malik al-Houthi Abd al-Khaliq Badr al-Din al-Houthi Abdullah Yahya al-Hakim , are officials, agents, or affiliates of Ansarallah.
