This legislation, known as the "No Vaccine Passports Act," aims to restrict federal agencies from engaging in activities related to COVID-19 vaccination status. Specifically, it prohibits any agency from issuing a vaccine passport , vaccine pass, or similar standardized documentation to certify a U.S. citizen's COVID-19 vaccination status to a third party. Furthermore, the bill mandates that agencies may not publish or share any COVID-19 vaccination record or similar health information belonging to a U.S. citizen. It also explicitly states that proof of COVID-19 vaccination cannot be a requirement for individuals to access Federal property , Federal services, congressional grounds, or congressional services. This measure seeks to prevent federal entities from standardizing, disclosing, or mandating vaccination status for public access.
