To require the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to develop new standards, methodologies, and recommendations with respect to the cybersecurity of cloud-based infrastructure, and for other purposes.

Referred to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, and in addition to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
