AIM HIGH Act

This bill directs the Secretary of the Air Force to establish and operate a Technical Training Center of Excellence , to be located at an Air Force installation already providing technical training and maintenance proficiency. The Center's core mission is to facilitate collaboration among all Air Force technical training installations and serve as a premier training hub for maintainers across all military departments. It aims to drive excellence and innovation by publishing responsibilities, advocating for improvements in curriculum, facilities, and media, and identifying best practices. The Center will also foster crucial outreach with industry and academia to integrate the latest advancements in aviation technology and training methodologies. Ultimately, this initiative seeks to create a central hub for high-tech training, enhancing the skills and leadership of technical personnel.
