Gender Delusion Disqualification Act

This bill amends Title 5 of the United States Code to introduce new mental health standards for specific federal employment roles and certifications. It defines a "covered position" as one within an executive agency requiring mental health standards for service, and a "covered certification" as a credential requiring similar mental health criteria for issuance or renewal.

The core provision stipulates that individuals diagnosed with gender dysphoria are explicitly disqualified from occupying such covered positions or holding covered certifications. Executive agencies are required to issue regulations within 180 days of enactment to enforce these new disqualification standards, which apply only to employees in designated covered positions or those requiring covered certifications.
