GAO Database Modernization Act of 2023 This act bill requires federal agencies to report to the Government Accountability Office (GAO) certain information about agency rules that are made ineffective due to an agency action or other reason. The report must include (1) the title of the rule; (2) the citation for the rule in the Federal Register; (3) the date on which the rule was submitted to the GAO; and (4) a description of the provisions of the rule that are being revoked, suspended, replaced, amended, or otherwise made ineffective. The act is effective for six years after the date of enactment.
