Wildfire Victim Tax Relief and Recovery Act This bill excludes from gross income, for income tax purposes, Texas Panhandle fire disaster relief payments provided by a governmental agency or Xcel Energy. The bill exempts from income tax proceeds from involuntary conversions of livestock due to Panhandle fires.
