This bill provides FY2024 funding for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Seafood Import Monitoring Program to increase audits of imported shrimp and red snapper. The bill also rescinds specified funds that were provided to the Internal Revenue Service by the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
