Taxpayer-Funded Facility Restoration Stewardship Act This bill authorizes departments or organizations within the Department of Defense (DOD) to place an order with any other such department or organization, on a reimbursable basis, for a project for the maintenance and repair of a DOD facility or for a minor military construction project.
