Baaj Nwaavjo I’tah Kukveni Grand Canyon National Monument Act This bill establishes the Baaj Nwaavjo I'tah Kukveni Grand Canyon National Monument in Arizona, consisting of approximately 1,069,970 acres of public land, with the purpose of protecting, conserving, and enhancing the unique and nationally important historic, cultural, archaeological, natural, scenic, dark-sky, wildlife, biological, ecological, scientific, geological, hydrological, educational, and recreational resources of the monument. The Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture (USDA) must jointly administer the monument, develop a comprehensive management plan for the monument, and allow only those uses of the monument that further its purpose. In addition, Interior and USDA must establish a tribal commission for the monument.
