Expressing support for the designation of the week of August 25, 2024, through August 31, 2024, as "Black Breastfeeding Week".

This resolution recognizes the negative effects of systemic and institutional racism on the ability of Black women to meet breastfeeding guidelines. It also recognizes that the barriers created by racism contribute to health disparities and identifies policies to mitigate these barriers.
