Ensure Funding for Our Environment Act

Ensure Funding for Our Environment Act This bill makes the Environmental Protection Agency, rather than the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, responsible for allocating funds to the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, the Delaware River Basin Commission, and the Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin.
