National SBDC Advisory Board Improvement Act This bill requires the National Small Business Development Center Advisory Board to annually report on its activities, including any recommendations for improving the Small Business Administration's small business development center program. The program provides counseling and training to small businesses to support business start-ups and existing business expansion.
