Hunger Clearinghouse Enhancement Act of 2023 This bill provides funding through FY2031 to the Department of Agriculture for maintaining a clearinghouse that provides information to assist low-income individuals and communities in obtaining nutrition assistance and related resources. The bill specifies that the clearinghouse must provide information on the utilization of trained volunteers.
