Department of Homeland Security Policy Issuance Review Act This bill requires the Management Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security to periodically review policy issuance documents (such as department-level directives and instructions, but excluding certain documents such as those published in the Federal Register). The bill also requires the directorate to brief Congress on various aspects of this review process within 180 days of enactment and annually thereafter.
