Summary

Training Assignments for Student Knowledge Act or the TASK Act This bill excludes from the definition of an employee under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 an individual who performs tasks and services required by a postsecondary vocational institution to obtain a recognized postsecondary credential.
