To direct the Secretary of Defense to report on illicit drug use and overdoses by members of the Armed Forces serving on active duty.

This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to report on illicit drug use by members of the Armed Forces serving on active duty and the monitoring and prevention systems within DOD regarding such use. The report must be submitted not later than December 1, 2023.
