Military Academy Honor and Conduct Act This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to update the 1995 report titled Department of Defense Service Academies: Comparison of Honor and Conduct Adjudicatory Processes , including to compare the honor and conduct systems at each service academy (i.e., the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, and the U.S. Air Force Academy).
