Summary

No Vaccine Mandates in Higher Education Act This bill prohibits an institution of higher education (IHE) from receiving federal funds if the IHE requires its students or staff to receive a COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of enrollment in or employment at the IHE or for receiving any benefit, service, or contract.
