Innovative Cognitive Care for Veterans Act of 2023 This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to implement, as part of the Veterans Community Care Program, a five-year pilot program under which the VA may enter into agreements with certain entities to provide telehealth, virtual training tools for home health aides, and other services that slow the progression of cognitive disorders.
