To require the evaluation of certain criteria relating to locations for deployment of successor radar systems of the National Weather Service, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the Department of Commerce and the National Weather Service to develop a plan to improve radar coverage for hazardous weather detection and forecasting, with priority given to locations for deploying the successor system to the Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD).
