Federal Election Audit Act This bill allows states to use requirements payments from the Election Assistance Commission to conduct postelection audits. In particular, a state may use such a payment to conduct and publish an audit of (1) the effectiveness and accuracy of the voting systems, election procedures, and outcomes used to carry out a federal election in the state; and (2) the performance of the state and local election officials who carried out the election.
