This bill directs the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to evaluate any adverse effects of electric vehicles, such as effects on infrastructure, the security of the electric grid, or the labor market. After the GAO completes the evaluation, Congress must include in any legislation that addresses the use of electric vehicles a provision describing how the evaluation's findings are taken into consideration in such legislation.
