ATRRS Act This bill requires the Department of the Army to ensure that a member of the Army Reserve may access the Army Training Requirements and Resources System using a personal internet-enabled device. However, the Department of the Army may restrict access if it determines such a restriction is necessary to ensure the security and integrity of information systems and data of the United Sates.
