Accountability through Confirmation Act This bill requires the Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network to be appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate, rather than appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury as under current law. The bill also provides for the director's compensation rate under the Executive Schedule.
