Sickle Cell Disease and Other Heritable Blood Disorders Research, Surveillance, Prevention, and Treatment Act of 2023 This bill reauthorizes through FY2028 the Sickle Cell Disease Treatment Demonstration Program, which supports efforts to improve treatment and prevention of sickle cell disease and complications from that disease. (Sickle cell disease is an inherited blood disorder that can lead to pain, anemia, infections, and stroke.)
