State Strategic Stockpile Act of 2023 This bill reauthorizes through FY2028 a pilot program that provides support to states, or consortia of states, to establish, expand, or maintain stockpiles of drugs, vaccines, and other medical supplies necessary to respond to a declared public health emergency.
