Supply Chain Improvement Act This bill directs the Department of Transportation to prioritize providing grants under certain programs for projects that improve or build resiliency in the supply chain, including multimodal projects. These programs include the Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) program, the Mega Program, and the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) program.
