Amateur Radio Communications Improvement Act This bill directs the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to change limits on digital data emissions that apply to radio frequencies used by amateur radio operators. Specifically, the FCC must replace the current symbol rate limit (which was adopted in 1980) with a maximum bandwidth limit of 2.8 kilohertz to support the use of modern radio and communications technology.
