Shielding America's Youth From Exploitation Act or the SAYFE Act This bill requires the Department of Defense to establish an annual training for students who are enrolled in the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) regarding the prevention of sexual abuse. Such training must be provided by an entity other than a JROTC administrator or instructor.
