General Thaddeus Kosciuszko Memorial Exchange Program for Polish-American Defense Cooperation Act This bill requires the U.S. Army Special Operations Command to seek to carry out a training program between its special operations forces and the special forces of the Polish Army, to be known as the General Thaddeus Kosciuszko Memorial Exchange Program for Polish-American Defense Cooperation. Officers and enlisted members may participate the program.
