To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health John E. Fogarty International Center for fiscal year 2024.

This bill limits FY2024 funding for the John E. Fogarty International Center. (The center advances the mission of the National Institutes of Health by supporting global health research conducted by U.S. and international investigators, building partnerships between health research institutions in the U.S. and abroad, and training scientists to address global health needs.)
