Randy's Resolution This concurrent resolution expresses the sense that certain federal agencies should conduct and support research on the health effects of high-potency marijuana and its impact on vulnerable populations such as youth. The resolution also expresses support for the development of educational programs and evidence-based policies regarding high-potency marijuana.
