Prohibiting President Donald Trump and certain other individuals who attempted to undermine and overturn the 2020 presidential election from entering the United States Capitol.

This concurrent resolution prohibits former President Donald J. Trump, Steven Bannon, and other specified individuals from entering the U.S. Capitol. Specifically, it directs the Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives, the Sergeant at Arms and Door Keeper of the Senate, and the U.S. Capitol Police to take necessary actions to implement the prohibition.
