Providing Opportunities for Wider Economic Revitalization Act or the POWER Act This bill requires the National Nuclear Security Administration to release all of its reversionary rights to the building located at 4170 Allium Court, Springfield, Ohio (also known as the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center for Human Capital Development), to the Community Improvement Corporation of Clark County and the Chamber of Commerce.
