Protect Utah's Rural Economy Act This bill prohibits the President from establishing or extending national monuments in Utah unless the proposed establishment or extension has been authorized by federal statute, and the President has received a notice from the Governor of Utah that the state legislature has enacted legislation approving of the proposed establishment or extension.
