Grid Resilience Act This bill requires the Department of Energy, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Electric Reliability Organization to jointly study the feasibility of establishing or modifying a reliability standard (i.e., a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the electric grid) for thermoelectric power plants during droughts.
