Bullets Not Batteries Act This bill prohibits the use of authorities under the Defense Production Act of 1950 with respect to electric vehicles, electric vehicle batteries, electric vehicle charging stations or infrastructure, or obtaining critical minerals for use in manufacturing of any such items.
