Summary
Member Financial Transparency Act This bill amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require Members of Congress to file reports on transactions in securities within 7 days after such transaction and the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate to make such reports public within 10 days.
