Curbing Reckless Ill-conceived Spending on Illegal Services Act or the CRISIS Act This bill modifies the Federal Emergency Management Food and Shelter Program to prohibit the provision of certain services to illegal aliens. Specifically, the bill requires each emergency food and shelter local board to (1) ensure that no recipient service provider provides any service, including transportation, to an alien unlawfully present in the United States; and (2) certify, at least annually to the national board, and publish such certification locally.
