This bill directs the Air Force to convey specified land to the Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority for the flood damage reduction project in Yuba River Basin in California. No later than 60 days after the authority submits a request for the conveyance, the Air Force must convey, by quitclaim deed and without consideration, to the authority all right, title, and interest of the United States in the parcel of real property consisting of approximately 0.218 acres at Beale Air Force Base in California and identified as Impacted Area .
