This bill prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from using federal funds for maintaining an office to address climate and health equity or for any climate change program, project, or activity. (On August 30, 2021, pursuant to a presidential directive, HHS established the Office of Climate Change and Health Equity to address the impact of climate change on the health of the American people.)
