Job Corps Nationwide Act This bill broadens the definition of state , for purposes of the Job Corps program, to include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Palau. Job Corps is a national program that operates with state and local partners to provide education and training, primarily in a residential setting, for low-income youths.
