Matt's Act This bill limits the amount that private health insurance plans may charge plan holders for insulin drugs to a maximum of $20, or $0 for high deductible plans; pharmacies may charge uninsured individuals the average price of such drugs after deducting any rebates and discounts provided by drug manufacturers, plus limited additional charges for distributing and dispensing costs.
