First Responders' Equipment Access Act This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to revise regulations that exempt certain engines and equipment from emission standards for national security purposes. For example, the bill directs the EPA to expand the regulations to include exemptions for engines or equipment intended to be used by governmental agencies for providing law enforcement, disaster relief, search and rescue, or emergency medical services.
