National Flood Insurance Program Reporting on Impact to Seaboards and Counties Act of 2021 or the NFIP RISC Act of 2021 This bill requires the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), prior to implementing any chargeable premium rate for National Flood Insurance Program coverage related to a change in flood-risk assessment methodology, to report on this change. The bill also prohibits FEMA from implementing these changes during the COVID-19 emergency period and for six months after this period.
