Chief Manufacturing Officer Act This bill directs the President to appoint a United States Chief Manufacturing Officer. The officer must coordinate manufacturing-related policies and activities across agencies and submit a national manufacturing srategy to develop the manufacturing sector, encourage economic growth, and promote the competitiveness of U.S. manufacturing.
